Retirement can be unaffordable if people don’t save enough for their future.  Relying on Social Security is not enough. There are about 216,000  Hawaii workers with no easy access to save for retirement at work.  Many work for small businesses, part-timers or are independently employed.   Are there solutions to make it easier for workers to save?  A legislative retirement savings task force has been addressing the retirement security issue in Hawaii, and AARP Hawaii will present their key findings and recommendations.
