New Testimony Procedures for 2021 Legislative Session

With the ongoing Covid pandemic, the State Capitol remains closed to the public. As a result, this session, committee hearings will be going virtual. This will allow individuals on the neighbor islands an opportunity to provide video testimony via Zoom on bills that will affect their businesses. The State Legislature has released guidance on how the new procedures will be implemented, and can be found at this link.
