The HICC Membership Directory: Advertising Commitment

LEVEL OF COMMITMENT

  • Full-page ad: inside page ($237 plus tax, color + $200)
  • 1/2-page ad ($158 plus tax, color + $100)
  • 1/4-page ad ($111 plus tax, color + $50)
  • Business card ad ($100 plus tax, color + $25)
  • Business coupon ($79 plus tax)

AD COPY & ARTWORK SUBMISSION FORMAT

  • Camera-ready (prepared ad in electronic format; no adjustments needed)
  • Electronic file (jpeg 300 dpi, tiff 300 dpi, pdf, eps). Please provide hard-copy for reference.
  • Scannable ad or business card (depending on quality, may require additional charge)
  • Scannable artwork/logo and ad copy (additional charge)
  • Produced ad copy $45 per hour

Submissions must be created and saved according to the printer’s guidelines. For detailed guidelines, please contact the Chamber. If your ad will require additional production, you will be notified of any added charges before we proceed with the work.
All materials AND payment must be received by August 31, 2009. You are encouraged to develop ad copy that enables you to track the results. For example, “mention this ad and receive a 10% discount,” “free gift by mentioning this ad,” etc.
